Project Manager - Creative Focus (Virtual, Part-time)
Tigris Creative Content Marketing is looking for a highly organized and dynamic Project Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to help guide our operations while ensuring the success of our creative projects.
This role will start part-time (up to 20 hours per week) and is designed to evolve into a full-time position as our company continues to grow.
Flexibility. This is a virtual job opportunity. Although Tigris is based in Springfield, Missouri, we place a high value upon a flexible work environment for increased productivity and work-life balance. We do not plan to require set office hours. This position can be filled by a candidate that is local or remote.

Leads and manages all aspects of our content production process.
For each client, the Project Manager will receive a strategy plan and will be responsible for converting that plan into effective and appropriate milestones, projects, and tasks.
The Project Manager will allocate these assignments to freelancers on the content production team and ensure timely and on-budget completion of all assignments.
Communicate effectively, professionally and frequently with clients, management and the production team to provide status updates or notify the team of risks when necessary.
Conducts info-gathering calls with clients/SMEs using questionnaire templates to document critical information for the content production process.
Establish and document internal policies and processes, including our content planning process, editorial process, sales/marketing processes, etc.
Evaluation and recommend improvements to the current processes and use of technologies.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure the quality of all project deliverables by reviewing final content against our (and our clients’) brand style guide.
Work regularly within our main Airtable base to move projects through the production pipeline.
Occasional creative writing and graphic design tasks will be assigned.
Attend virtual meetings with the Founder/CEO and occasional conference calls with the production team.
1-3 years of project management or related experience
Strong attention to detail
Must have a reliable internet connection
Must have a computer, although Tigris may provide some hardware and software
Familiarity with the Google office suite
Familiar with, or ability to learn, the apps we use: LinkedIn, Hatchbuck, Buffer, SEMrush, Airtable, Zapier, Canva, Squarespace.
The ideal candidate is…
Dependable. We definitely don’t expect you to be available 24/7 (we have lives outside of work, too!), but it’s crucial to be able to meet weekly deadlines and catch up over occasional meetings.
A self-starter. This is a flexible job with little supervision, allowing you to set your own hours and allow your organizational skills to shine.
Creative. If you have an idea, share it!
Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, project management, or a related field.
The hourly rate will be commensurate with experience.
